After harvested green apple with pineapple enzyme juice

This is what I have harvested from the green apple enzyme,& is surprise that the taste is nice, colour looks like pale peach. I also don't know how to describe the taste, got apple taste, pineapple taste, overall is nice & alcohol is not so strong.

Brought the green apple from cold storage, cost is $0.50 each, brought 8 apples, 1 honey half ripe pineapple & 1 pomegranate.This enzyme is 3 fruits together, I have never done mix fruits before so this time I gave it a try.Green apple is for slimming.....
