Brought this green papaya, $1.80 each. This enzyme suppose to be with kiwi,my small supermarket no kiwi & so I just do the papaya.
This papaya need not peel off the skin,but i peel off!!!didn't see probably .I am using flower honey & oligo sugar.
Green papaya has tremendously high in papain enzyme that helps to break down protein, carbohydrate & fat components of food.It can also strengthen the immune system.Papain has the ability to pentrate the tissues & helps dissolve injured & hardened tissues.
