Finally finished doing this enzyme, hope the taste will be nice!!!!Grapes is good coz it's has high antioxidants.

I have made green & black grapes before,never make this purple colour before, so decided to make & try.Brought at NTUC,quite fresh & is very very sweet!!!

After I had tried the dark red grapes enzyme which taste like red wine, I have think of WHITE WINE, and I I brought green grapes to try.The result come out is awesome, really like white wine!!!!
