After harvested 落神花 (Roselle)with pineapple enzyme

HI, I have already harvested this enzyme,Wah!! the taste is very very nice,taste like wine with pineapple & is sweet!!

This is the enzyme that use 落神花 to make. As the petals is dry , no juice, you need fruits to go with it, better with fruits that have more juice.My fren told me the taste will be like ribena, once I harvest I will update.The flowers once you buy back, need to peel of the petals, the seed inside don't want,wash the petals & make it air dry.Read from the book that 落神花 can prevent cancer, lower high blood pressure.

This is one of the flowers, chinese is call 落神花, can find at wet market & must be fresh, cannot buy dry type from chinese medicial shop.

I will use this flowers together with pineapple to make enzyme,call Ribena enzyme.
