white radish(daikon) enzyme

My boys keep pester me to make this enzyme, they said they like it.

And so I brought 4 big daikon to make this tube.

This white carrot enzyme also for ppl who cough, but I still find that schizandra pear taste better then this white carrot, but the taste of white carrot still can accept, it doesn't taste bad if you add enough mai ya tang (maltose) & oligo sugar.
